Dove's work has long challenged the idea that communication begins and ends with human language.
Through decades spent observing and working with animals, she has explored how behaviour, body language, emotion, and attention shape the relationships between species. Her approach asks people to become better observers, question their assumptions, and pay attention to what animals may already be telling us.
