Participants join structured field settings where curiosity, care, and responsibility guide the work. Citizen science participation expands observation capacity while maintaining professional research oversight.

Citizen Science roles are organised across observation, documentation, storytelling, and operational assistance. Participants may contribute in one area or move between roles as projects evolve.
All roles operate within supervised expedition structures and support ongoing research and vessel activity.
Citizen science participants work under the direction of Expedition Audacity researchers and crew.
